I'm Syeda Juveria Afreen, the founder and CEO of SJA Pathway. With 5 years of experience in the IT industry, I’ve worked in roles such as Tech Support Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Lead Software Engineer, and CTO across projects in the USA, France, Australia, and the UK. Alongside this, I’ve also worked as a Game Developer, Content Writer, and Content Creator — building a versatile skill set throughout my career.

Throughout my career journey, I faced numerous challenges — especially during my job search. With no one to guide me, I experienced the frustration of navigating everything alone. This struggle inspired me to create SJA Pathway — a platform dedicated to supporting job seekers with personalized guidance, resume reviews, and strategic advice.Over the past 2 years, I’ve received more than 300 inquiries from individuals seeking career support.
